Powerup with RPi 2 and battery is very low

Hi,

Q1:

I measured the voltage of LIPO-battery 450mAh: 0.1mV. Is battery damaged?

What happen’s when battery voltage is that low (while powerup)?

Q2:

Works UPS Plco HV4.0 with RPi 2?

Hi,

Q1:

Your battery is protected with PCM PCB, so if voltage is lower then it cut the battery from pins.

Under normal conditions battery can not be low, so how you used it before?

Please put battery on PIco and cable power, it should after longer time start charging battery and keep it in this stage for some hours and then check again voltage and report me.

 

Q2:

As you can see, we have LEDs above this points so can not put RESET and PE POGO Pins. If you use cables instead of them then YES, can be used
